Do we accept returns? 

We do accept returns if you are not totally satisfied with the product. Some special made items such as bandsaw blades are not returnable. If you would like to return the order, please fill our online form here.

Where do we ship from? 

We ship most products from our facility in MA. However, we do have warehouses on the West Coast and South East. 

How long does my order take to ship? 

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Freight orders can take 2-3 business days to ship. Special items may take up to 10 days.

Can I cancel my order? 

Please contact us as soon as you know you want to cancel. We will try our best to cancel your order but there may be times when your item has already left or is already loaded into the freight truck. If too much time has passed and your order has shipped, look to our return policy for instructions.

My order has not arrived, where is it? 

Please check the invoice sent from sales@sharptool.com. At the bottom, you'll find a tracking number! Feel free to email us if you need to check on the status of the order. 

An item I'm looking for is not listed in the store. Help! 

Please contact sales@sharptool.com. If there is an item you're looking for that is not listed, we will find it! 

My item arrived damaged, what can I do? 

The first thing to do when an item is damaged is to sign for the item as damaged or simply refuse the delivery if it is badly damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible, we could have as little as 5 days to file a damage claim. Please keep all the packaging for inspection.
