At Sharp Tool, we are dedicated to offering the highest quality in our products and we stand behind them.

General Returns 

We accept returns of unused products within 60 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at 1-978-568-9292 for a return authorization number. Without this number, returns will not be accepted.

All returns must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving the return authorization.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items returned beyond the 60-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Specialty Items 

Special made items, including but not limited to welded bandsaw blades, are not eligible for return. Please contact Sharp Tool to verify if your product can be returned before making your purchase.

Restocking Fee 

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to all returns.

Refund Policy

 Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item and will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please do not send any merchandise back without prior approval.

Exceptions to the Return Policy 

• Returns of damaged or defective items will be handled at our expense.
• Items that are not in "unused or lightly used" condition will be rejected upon return.
• Unauthorized returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
